Three Bedrooms / One and a Half baths (1200 SQFT) Starting at $1,100 – $1,350

We allow both cats and dogs.

- Water fee is a low flat monthly rate of $75

- Trash & sewer are paid by the Landlord

- Application fee is only $35 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply.

- Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent with approved credit

- We offer 12 month lease terms

Onsite maintenance will assist during business hours for any repair needs that may arise and an we have an after hours call center to handle any unexpected emergencies. We also offer a convenient app to notify us of any issues that arise in your apartment.
